Suppressor Return & Order Policy

1. Order Cancellation / Returns

• Before ATF Transfer Submission: If the ATF transfer paperwork (e.g., Form 3 or Form 4) has not yet been submitted, you may cancel your order. A 15% cancellation fee will apply to any refund.
• After ATF Transfer Submission: Once the ATF transfer paperwork has been submitted, all suppressor sales are final—no returns or refunds will be accepted, no exceptions.

2. Residency & Legal Eligibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that suppressor ownership is legal in their place of residence. Do not place an order if you reside in any of the following states or the District of Columbia, as civilian suppressor ownership is explicitly prohibited there:

• California
• Delaware
• Hawaii
• Illinois
• Massachusetts
• New Jersey
• New York
• Rhode Island
• District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.)

Violating state or federal laws by ordering from a prohibitive jurisdiction may result in criminal liability. You warrant that your shipping address and residence are in a permitted jurisdiction.
